TEMPORARY POLICY CHANGE FOR THE MONTHS OF APRIL, MAY, JUNE, & JULY:

 

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to book an appointment. 

-This fee will go towards the cost of your service.

-Non-Refundable means there will be no refund given regardless of how far in advance you cancel/reschedule

-You may request to reschedule your appointment (within the week of your original appointment date) in order to avoid penalties.

-This policy applies to ALL clients, including facial membership clients.

*There is no guarantee that there will be availability within the week of your original appointment due to the limited availability of the staff.*

 

You may cancel an appointment at no charge any time before 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. All clients will be required to save a card on file.

 

example: Appointment is Friday January 1st at 1pm you must reschedule BEFORE Wednesday December 30th at 1pm, any time after 1pm would be within 48 hours and subjected to 50% fee.

 

Any same-day cancellation will be charged a late cancellation fee. Late cancellation and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service price. All same-day and no-show cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Regardless of membership status (unless on scheduled auto pay).

 

Reschedule Policy: If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour window of your original appointment, you may reschedule for a same day OR next day appointment with no penalty. If you reschedule for a different day, then the cancellation policy applies, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 100% of the scheduled service fee. If there are extenuating circumstances that led to your late cancellation which you would like considered, please request to speak with Veronica to request an exception. *This is not a guarantee that you will be except from fees.

Any cancelation due to Covid, if within the 48-hour period will STILL be subjected to fees.

 

Please keep in mind that I am a small business, this is my only source of income. If you do not show up to the appointments, you committed to it effects my life greatly. I appreciate all of the love and support from my clients, so I hope you understand why these policies are in place. I would like to trust all of my clients to show when they are expected so if no-shows & cancelations continue to be a problem, I will have to start considering taking deposits for appointments.
